As the days grow shorter and the rain settles in, many of us feel our energy dip and our immune systems stretch a bit thin. This time of year asks us to slow down, cozy up, and take better care of our bodies. That’s where simple rituals come in—tiny moments of intention that bring us back to ourselves.
This week, I’m sharing a gentle aromatic ritual that supports clear breathing, calm nerves, and a stronger sense of well-being. It only takes a few minutes, but the effects can ripple through your entire day.

🌿 Your Fall Aroma Ritual
Start by setting the mood:
Wash your hands slowly and mindfully.
Sip something warm and comforting—perhaps herbal tea or hot water with lemon.
Prepare your diffuser blend.
Take five deep, slow breaths.
Sit in quiet stillness for one minute. Just let yourself be.

Here’s the diffuser blend:
Ravintsara – 2 drops
Tea Tree – 1 drop
Sweet Orange – 2 drops
(Optional) Eucalyptus radiata – 1 drop
Diffuse for 15–30 minutes, up to 2–3 times a day. Always remember to ventilate the space afterward.
This blend can help open your breath, clear your mind, and give your immune system a loving nudge in the right direction.

A Little Note for What’s Coming Next
Next week, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite aromatic and healthy fall-winter nectar recipes—made with my beloved honey.
They’re soothing, immune-boosting, and honestly better than most over-the-counter remedies. Keep an eye on your inbox or check back here.
In the meantime, take a breath, make your blend, and let nature do a little of the heavy lifting.
With warmth,
Elena
