Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and product integrity, opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Elena Aromatherapy within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted by mail only.
No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
