I’m Elena Zhidkova-Rice, a certified aromatherapist and olfactotherapy practitioner based in Connecticut.
I work with scent and gentle, body-focused practices to support people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or disconnected from their sense of calm. My approach is quiet, supportive, and adapted to your current state — without pressure, diagnosis, or intensity.
Through aromatherapy and olfactotherapy, I help create conditions where the body can relax, the nervous system can settle, and emotional balance can gradually be restored.

My work is grounded, gentle, and practical.
I use scent-based methods to support nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness, and a sense of inner grounding. Sessions are calm and contained, focused on supporting your well-being in a way that feels safe and respectful.
This work does not require talking through everything or reliving experiences. It is designed for people who prefer a softer, body-led form of support.
In addition to private sessions, I also create simple self-guided tools such as books and printable resources for those who wish to explore aromatherapy at their own pace.
