I offer private 1:1 sessions (online or in person) designed to support emotional calm, nervous system regulation, and a sense of inner steadiness.

These sessions are gentle, body-focused, and adapted to your current state. They do not require intense emotional processing or verbal analysis.

People often come to sessions when they are experiencing:

  • Emotional stress or anxiety

  • Mental or physical exhaustion

  • Difficulty relaxing or resting

  • Feeling tense, scattered, or “on edge”

  • A desire to reconnect with calm and bodily awareness

Sessions are wellness-focused and supportive.
They are not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

  • Sessions are available online or in person in Connecticut

  • Each session is personalized and paced gently

  • Scent is used as a supportive tool to help the body settle and restore balance

Sessions include gentle conversation and reflection to help clarify how you want to feel and what kind of support feels most appropriate.

There is no diagnosis or psychotherapy involved.

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
We begin where you are.
