Some nights, sleep doesn’t come because the body is tired.
It slips away because the heart is heavy.
Because the nervous system is still on guard.
Because too much hasn’t been felt, released, forgiven — or softened.
That’s where this collection begins.
Sleeping Through Emotion
A series of seven handcrafted attars — one for each night, each emotion, each inner weather that keeps us awake.
This isn’t just a collection of oils.
It’s a ritual.
A quiet return to safety.
A sensory path toward rest that doesn’t ignore what we feel, but gently moves with it.
Each blend is made slowly and intentionally with:
Botanical resins and sacred gums
Rare absolutes and natural fixatives
Emotional insight through olfactotherapy
Slow infusion in golden jojoba oil
These attars aren’t made to sedate.
They’re made to soothe.
Not to numb, but to witness.
Not to erase emotions, but to carry them gently into sleep.
🌙 Night I: Stillness (In Progress)
Stillness — the first attar in the Sleeping Through Emotion collection — is currently steeping in golden jojoba oil with sacred resins and petals.

Stillness holds the weight of anxious nights. It meets overstimulation with softness and quiets the mind that refuses to let go.
This first attar is for the mind that won’t settle. For the nervous system overstimulated by overthinking, overdoing, and never resting.
It features slow-infused:
Frankincense
Labdanum
Benzoin
Tonka bean
Infused with:
Jasmine buds
Blue lotus petals
Blended with:
Botanical musk (ambrette, labdanum, angelica root)
Sandalwood
Rose
It’s steeping now. I’ll share more soon.
🕯 What’s to Come
The remaining attars are slowly revealing themselves.
Each one will honor a specific emotional state:
Fear
Grief
Burnout
Loneliness
Anger
Disconnection
One scent for each of these inner nights.
One ritual for each step toward peace.
🌀 A Quiet Offering in Progress
This isn’t a product launch — not yet.
It’s a devotional process. A sensory, emotional, deeply personal journey.
I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses, scent notes, and the meaning behind each attar as the collection unfolds.
If you'd like to follow along, I’ll post updates here on the blog, and on Pinterest, Facebook, Substack, and Instagram.
Thank you for being here to witness it.
With scent and presence,
