I created this soft, voice-only meditation to help you begin your day feeling grounded, clear, and emotionally centered.

It’s meant to be used alongside your favorite essential oil — one that uplifts, calms, or simply brings you back to yourself. With scent, breath, and guided imagery, this practice offers a quiet reset for your nervous system and your mind.

Use this meditation when:

  • You're feeling emotionally off, overwhelmed, or scattered

  • You want a gentle, focused start to your day

  • You need a moment of stillness before diving into tasks

  • You’d like to visualize success or anchor your day with intention

🧴 How to prepare:

  1. Choose an essential oil you loveSome gentle options: Lavender, Rose, Citrus, Roman Chamomile, Petitgrain, Neroli, JasmineIf your oil is stronger (Melissa, Lemongrass, Clove, Cinnamon), use it on a tissue rather than skin.

  2. Apply 1–2 drops to your palms or a tissue

  3. Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down
