It’s meant to be used alongside your favorite essential oil — one that uplifts, calms, or simply brings you back to yourself. With scent, breath, and guided imagery, this practice offers a quiet reset for your nervous system and your mind.

🧴 How to prepare:
Choose an essential oil you loveSome gentle options: Lavender, Rose, Citrus, Roman Chamomile, Petitgrain, Neroli, JasmineIf your oil is stronger (Melissa, Lemongrass, Clove, Cinnamon), use it on a tissue rather than skin.
Apply 1–2 drops to your palms or a tissue
Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down
