A Gentle 2-Minute Practice to Calm Your Mind
A simple, natural way to calm mental noise and help your body return to rest — especially helpful after 40.

🌙 When the body is tired… but the mind won’t stop.
Many people notice this more often after 40.
You feel ready for rest — but your thoughts continue to move, replaying conversations, worries, or unfinished moments from the day.
Sleep becomes lighter, more fragile, and sometimes harder to return to once the mind becomes active.
You are not alone in this experience.
Instead of trying to force sleep, it can be more helpful to gently support the body in returning to a state of calm.

In this short audio, I share a simple breathing technique that can help calm mental noise and support the body in returning to rest.
I use this gentle practice myself when my thoughts don’t let me fully relax before sleep.
This technique comes from Kundalini yoga and works by activating the parasympathetic system — the part of the body responsible for rest and recovery.
Very often, the mind begins to soften within the first moments of practice.
🌙 Essential oil
You may also choose to support this practice with a grounding essential oil, which can deepen the feeling of calm and presence.
🌿 Closing
🌙 Sleep is not something we force. It is something the body allows when it feels safe enough to rest.
You can return to this practice whenever your mind feels restless.
🌙 Gentle invitation
If your sleep continues to feel unsettled, you may benefit from more individual support.
